  • Standard Cottage stays include a family of 4: 2 adults and 2 children under 18.
  • Executive Cottage stays are based on just 2 folks.
  • IMPORTANT: In all cottages, all off-season stays are based on just 2 folks.
  • ADD'L PERSON CHARGES: ($10/night $70/week per additional guest, children 5 and under are half price),
  • Dream Inn off season rates include just one folk while high season stays include 2 folks.
  • All stays include a beach pass in season (a savings for you of $20 daily or $100 weekly).
  • Our cottages are not typically small beach cabins but have a very open concept and design. We don't have a maximum stay number but our cottages sleep 7 to 8 folks comfortably. Beyond that we have playpens, cots and air mattresses you may borrow. We also have highchairs and rocking chairs. All available on a first come first serve basis at no additional charge

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
2010 stays are subject to deposit in the amount of half your rental value (50%).
Please note:
of the deposit...half (or 25% of the total bill) is automatically applied as a booking fee and is non- refundable from the point of booking while the remainder of the deposit (the other 25% of your total bill) is refundable for cancellations received in a timely manner. That is: notice in the amount of three times the number of days booked is required in order to receive a refund on your remaining deposit.
Please note further:
For stays not cancelled at least 48 hrs prior to check in, as well as for guests who "no show"....guest is held "fully" responsible for all days reserved. In the event that the room be re-sold all monies, minus the deposit due, will be refunded to the guest.
Final note: 
A credit card is necessary for all bookings to be confirmed.  
 
Pets Stay Policy:
$12 dollar per day or $60 per week (covers up to 2 pets).
As for a pets policy here at Dreams To Sea, we neither really have nor don't have one.
Your four legged family members are welcome with us here at Dreams To Sea.  It goes without saying that folks traveling with their pets, must be fully responsible for any incidents that may occur while they stay with us and must absolutely clean up after their pet.  We ask, simply, that the family be respectful of other guests who may be staying with us at the same time by keeping pets on a leash at all times in common area and when outside.  As well , pets must never be left alone in your cottage....whether it be during your day-to-day sightseeing trips or your evening outings, you must take your pet with you at all times.  Finally, since we have so many folks who request allergen-free accommodations, we have made it a policy that when our furry 4-legged guests have checked out, it is necessary that we do an absolute and even more thorough ceiling to floor sanitizing of the cottage...a process which takes added time and cleaning supplies beyond the normal cottage cleaning agenda.  For this reason the add'l pet charge is slightly more than the add'l family member charge.

Please note rates are one way and are based on a one person pick up/drop off.  Please add an add'l $10 per person (maximum of 6 passengers).


Laundry n Linens:
At Dreams To Sea your cottage is fully stocked with all your bed and bath linens and we do happily provide a complimentary towel exchange service.

The main building is home to both a Do-it-yourself laundry room and to a guest laundry service. While you are off at the beach or out exploring let us take care of those little everyday things for you. All proceeds from laundry or laundry service (as well as all other extras and amenities at DTSC such as Timothy's Coffee Service, Movie Madness, Bicycle Rentals and so on) is donated to one of the following Children's charities….
