*** Please note folks: Your Standard Deluxe rate is based on a family of 4 being 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 18). Your executive whirlpool rates and Suite rates are based beginning with 2 folks. Each cottage will comfortably sleep 7 to 8 folks. Add'l persons are charged beyond this base. Please note that in the off season our suites are based on just one person.
PETS POLICY
Here at Dreams To Sea we welcome all family members and friends to join you for your relaxing getaway…therefore we have in place
“Neither A Pets nor No Pets” policy.
For families with four-legged members joining their stay, we welcome you as well by offering a $12 daily (to a maximum of $60 weekly) pets stay charge per pet to cover the extra cleaning involved to ready the cottage for the next guests’ stay.
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS:
A Dreams To Sea deposit and the stay itself must be guaranteed with the registration of your credit card number.

For mid and high season stays (late June through to Labour day) deposit in the amount of $100 daily...$500 weekly is due at the time of booking.
|
Off-season stays are subject to deposit in the amount of half your rental value. Packaged stays are also subject to a down payment of 50%. |

Please note: Please note: of the deposit...half is automatically applied as a booking fee and is non refundable from the point of booking while the remainder of the deposit is refundable for cancellations received in a timely manner. That is: notice in the amount of twice the number of days booked is required in order to receive a refund on your stay.

A Dreams To Sea deposit and the stay itself must be guaranteed with the registration of your credit card number. At this time, you may choose to place the deposit due on your card or send a cheque or postal money order as deposit. For folks wishing to use a cheque or postal money order for their deposit, we allow 14 days after the reservation is made for deposit cheques/ postal money orders to arrive by mail before a reservation is automatically charged to your registered credit card number.
Check-in time:
Dreams To Sea check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m. but every effort will be made to accommodate you when possible. Please let us know at booking your estimated arrival time so that we can add it to your file and please feel free to give us a call along your way to the Island or as you come into Cavendish with your ETA...if you think you are going be early we can try to plan our daily cottage cleaning schedule so that it may hopefully accommodate your arrival or at the very least we can have your park pass ready and you can head to the beach for the day while we get things finished up for you.
Check-out time
Dreams To Sea check out time is 10:00 a.m. You may use the grounds until 4 p.m. if you like. Please note: Extended check out times are available upon request. Please check with the office.
Baggage keep is available at the office.
AIRPORT OR BUS STATION PICK UP IS AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS...Please call to arrange.
